La Petite Coquais is a luxury and very spacious 18th century converted cottage with an above ground pool and Intex Spa , Wifi , Netflix , gaming corner with X Box one S , Wii and Pro Table Football along with a host of garden games including table Tennis, Darts and French Boules. The detached Cottage has 3 bedrooms with 3 en-suite shower rooms so no sharing ! With anglers and their families looking for more and more from their Carp fishing holiday our guests return year after year to enjoy our great facilities and fishing. Set in a small hamlet, tucked away in our own 16 acres of private fields and woodland with exclusive guest access to a private lake and yet just 2 minutes away from all local amenities. With Common and Mirror Carp to 40lbs and growing with a lake average of around the mid 20’s, and Grass Carp to 45 lbs plus, along with Pike, Zander, Perch and specimen Crucian Carp and specimen Tench. Our 3.2 acre lake also contains Siberian and Diamond Sturgeon to 20Ib plus and Catfish to 40lb. All our swims are doubles so great for angling socials and fishing together. with a maximum of 3 to 4 anglers.

Wow , fantastic cottage and great hosts ! Quality , luxury accommodation , superb kitchen and BBQ , facilities.UK TV ,Netflix ,Wi-Fi , gaming corner , all 3 rooms en -suite , great location with all local amenities just 2 minutes away , hot tub , and above ground pool , we couldn't ask for more. Great fishing on the lake smashing my PB's. plenty of action ,caught Grass Carp to 40lb 2 oz and plenty of mid and high twenty's and low 30s and the hard fighting Sturgeon, just fishing days only. Rebooked for our 4th year in a row ,we highly recommend this great family venue. Not forgetting the amazing food package cooked by Jane.
We have stayed in many Gites with fishing in France and this is the best by far.
Has everything you need and more , lovely, clean and superbly equipped. Set in a great location with a superb sun trap of a garden with a fantastic brick built BBQ, pool and Spa to cool off in , Netflix, Xbox ,WIFI , TV French Boules , Darts and Table Tennis and pro Table Football that kept everybody very happy while we fished. All local amenities just minutes away by car or a nice walk. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and plenty of other things to do in the local area if you want a break from fishing.
Superb fishing on the lake we both had PB Commons to 34lb , Mirrors to 35lb and Grass Carp to 37 lb. along with our first ever Sturgeon. Plenty of non stop action on the lake and we highly recommend the house boilies ! we will definitely be back.
