La Petite Coquais is a luxury and very spacious 18th century converted cottage with an above ground dipping pool and Hot Tub , Gas Fire Pit , UK Smart TV , Wifi , Netflix , Pool Table ,gaming corner with X Box one and Pro Table Football along with a host of garden games including Table Tennis, Darts and French Boules. The detached Cottage has 3 bedrooms one master, one Double, and one twin room all with en-suite shower rooms, so no sharing ! With anglers and their families looking for more and more from their Carp fishing holiday our guests return year after year to enjoy our great facilities and fishing. Set in a small hamlet, tucked away in our own 16 acres of private fields and woodland with exclusive guest access to a private lake and yet just 2 minutes away from all local amenities. With Common and Mirror Carp to the mid to high 40’s and growing and with a lake average of around 30lbs, and Grass Carp to 50lbs , along with Pike, Zander, Perch and specimen Crucian Carp and specimen Tench. Our 2.9 acre lake also contains Siberian and Diamond Sturgeon to 30Ib plus and 2 Catfish to over 60lb. All our swims are doubles so great for angling socials and fishing together with a maximum of 3 anglers allowed.

Wow , fantastic cottage and great hosts ! Quality , luxury 5 star accommodation , superb kitchen and BBQ , facilities.UK TV ,Netflix ,Wi-Fi , gaming corner , all 3 rooms en -suite , great location with all local amenities just 2 minutes away , hot tub , and above ground pool , pool table and the amazing gas fire pit in the evenings we couldn't ask for more. Great fishing on the lake smashing my PB's. Plenty of action ,caught Grass Carp to 42lb 2 oz and plenty of high twenty's and low 30s and the hard fighting Sturgeon, just fishing days only. Rebooked for our 4th year in a row ,we highly recommend this great venue. Not forgetting the amazing food package cooked by Jane.
Our 3rd year fishing at La Petite Coquais and every year the cottage gets better and the fishing even better and the fish bigger ! Over 40 fish each time we come with pb's broken on each visit. The stock of fully scaled and scaled mirror carp is amazing and we cant wait to come back each year. The swims are great for a social and the lake perfect for 3 anglers. Stunning cottage with great fishing and wonderful hosts Phil and Jane cannot do enough for you and Janes food is just delightful.
